COLISEUM
Genre: Adventure Action RPG, point ‘n’ click inputs.
Platform: Desktop PC.
Target: Men, aged 16 to 35 years. Hardcore gamers, RPG Fans.
Game Concept:
The Gran Citadel Project is an intermediate culture model’s prototype, in which, initially create a game with an awesome experience. The game uses point and click navigation system, top-down camera style, cartoon art style and a deep inherent narrative. The player controls three characters. To get the desired tactical effect, player switches among them. Each one of the characters has strategic perks to use at the right moment.
Characters Monk – Huge damage combining basic attacks and skills. Good against multiple enemies surrounding him.
Ranger – Good basic damage with long range, and skills based on control. Powerful against strong melee enemies.
Assassin – Huge single target damage combining control skills and basic attacks. Powerful against long-range enemies.

Controls Move:
Points to place want to go, and click with right button; Basic Attack: Points to enemy or object and click with left button to attack; Catch item: Clicks over an item, the character moves toward and catches it. Use abilities: Press button 1 or 2 on the keyboard to acting ability, then select the target;
Key Features:
Easy to learn, challenging to master; Good balance between frantic combat system and pleasurable exploration; Envolving narrative development;
Skill Mechanics:
To use an ultimate skill the character should consume an Ether Crystal Fragment. Each character has a specific skill. There is 3 kind of skills, Special Class, Damage, and Ultimate.
Monk Right Mouse Button – Parry – Blocks the damage; Key 1 - Combo Hit – a Deal sum the damage of the last 5 hits; Ultimate Skill – Deal huge damage, causing stun;
Ranger Right Mouse Button – Swamp Bomb – Jumps a little backward, and throw a bomb on the ground. Creating a Swamp area, slowing the enemies; Key 1 – Striking Arrow – Shots arrow causing damage, and pushing a little backward; Ultimate Skill – Blinds an enemy for a large time;
Assassin Right Mouse Button – Shunpo – Moves toward target enemy; Key 1 – Weaken Stab – Deal damage and causes slow; Ultimate Skill – Deadly Stab - Causes a massive damage and bleeding;
Enemies Our project will have, initially, three ordinary enemies. They are:
Troll – A huge humanoid monster, holding a mace in right hand. He has a powerful damage per hit, but not so good DPS. A good resistance, but a slow mobility. Pros: Great damage per hit; Great resistance; Cons: Poor damage per second; Poor mobility; Short range;
Spider – This monster has a fast attack and great mobility style. Pros: Great damage per second; Great mobility; Movement Skill*; Cons: Poor resistance; Short range;
Shaman – A long-range enemy, he summons golems to fight for him. Pros: Long range basic attacks; Medium damage; Summons golems*; Cons: Poor resistance; Poor mobility;
Items and power-ups
Shining Ether Fragment: Can be collected on the map. Used to activate Ultimate skills; Ether Fragment: Can be collected on the map. Used to activate normal skills; Medical Kit: Can be collected on the map. Used to recover life points;

Notes:
Storage Available to gathering on the map there are Ether Crystal, Crystal fragments, and MedKit. Ether Crystal: Quest item; Crystal fragments: When the character uses ultimate skill consumes this item;
Battle system
When in battle, the player may move, to attack and to use skills. Whenever that a character’s health points reach zero, he gets K.O. status. If allies K.O., a timer will count sixty seconds to character comeback life at the spot he died.
All three character can use a basic attack to deal damage, the target should be into range and when player press right mouse button, the character executes the attack action.
Level system
The system allows the character develops their stats along with his journey, making possible to fight against more and more powerful enemies. This development system evolves obtaining levels, increasing the stats and character’s skills. To obtain level the character defeats enemies, or looking for Ether Crystals or doing quests. The game starts with the character on level 1. The max level is 99.
Variable stats Health:
Character’s life meter, if reaches null, changes character’s status to K.O.; Stamina: Character’s cast spell meter; Damage(Hit): Increases basic attack damage; Ability Power(Int): Increases skill damage; Endurance: Decreases the received damage;
Fixed Stats Move Speed; Attack Speed; Attack Range and Angle;
Monk Health: Level * 100; Sta: 1 + Level; Hit: 1 + (Level/5); End: 30 + (Level/3); Int: 1;
Ranger Health: Level * 50; Sta: 1; Hit: 1 + (Level/2); End: 1 + Level; Int: 1; Assassin Health: Level * 70; Sta: 30; Hit: 99; End: 20; Int: 1;
Boss fight mechanics
The boss defined in this project have to combine short and long attacks. Pros: A huge damage per hit; A good resistance; Midrange basic attacks; Long range skill with continuous damage; Midrange skill with massive damage;
Cons: Poor Mobility; Weak spot: tail; Attacks using his tail immobilizes him for a while;
Skill Throw poisoned mud:
Casts a poisoned mud in a certain area causing slow status and continuous damage; Tail Slam: Slams his tail against the ground causing a huge damage and stun for a long time (after executes this skill, his tail gets stuck on the ground);
Hint: every time the boss uses his skills the target area it’s highlighted;
NOTAS FINAIS
Por mais que tenham estranhado, o GDD em inglês foi uma forma que o meu amigo Rick Szabo encontrou para deixar mais democrático, permitindo que qualquer estudante possa visualizar e ter como referência. Felizmente o TCC dos meus companheiros de faculdade deu certo e receberam ótimas notas!
